i like the skx007, but i like the skx013 even more. but as they're both 7S26... haven't tried either, 'though.

sea urchin. 7S36. "more reliably regulated out of the box", daw. i'm getting 1.5 minutes a week. that's very roughly, 13 seconds a day.

Doc, I like your taste with Seiko watches. I'm actually planning to get one for my upcoming birthday.

Do you know of reputable good stores here at NCR?

thank you. my regular haunts are,
SM department stores, watch department! their larger selections of various brands are in north edsa. dunno megamol.
citizen watch emporium in sm city hall. they have a good selection of orients.
time depots, although their casio selections have gone down in recent times, they now have some seikos etc. maliit lang sila; they have since been eclipsed by the other stores.
seiko in sm aura. nice selection of GS; they also have a nice cross-section of lower seikos. the counter guy says they have a similar store in glorieta.
prestige watches in several malls; they have a newly-opened outlet in molopisha, just opposite the casio store. prestige have a nice selection of ancient seiko 5s and even ancient casios. they have an online listing of their wares.
the new tokyo shops in robinsons pgh, sm city hole, molopisha... may seiko na, may casio pa, at may anello rin!
of course, there's the un-dying avenida, although i haven't gone there in generations; maybe kags can chime in, what he saw there.

one has to invest in a good pair of walking shoes, and if one is comparing prices, a handy pocket notebook. the prices can vary from store to store, even as they are all authorized stores.
and ask for the discounted price. usually daw, only the fast-selling items sell at list price.

    qwerty (above) and i,
    we... blend.

    happy watching.

The 5 GMT black looks good in actual. Lug to lug is about the same sa explorer 40mm, ok sya even with a smaller wrist.

Papalitan ko na lang ng rubber strap.

    personally,
i would have prefered a black bezel for the explorer. but that may make it look too much like a sub.

also nice, that SRPE51. it also has the newer 4R36.

    bottomline,
it usually comes down to one's personal taste.

    i am wondering,
    what are today's bestseller models?
is it, as a whole, quartz? or still mechanical?...
what age group, vis a vis, what watch type...
    etc.

That Mickey Mouse watch, whether the Ingersoll or Robert Langdon's Bradley Mickey Mouse, i still want to get. I wouldn't mind wearing it also.
