back in the day, it was taboo to wear it with a tux.
but when james bond wore one in the movie,

or with any outfit, for that matter.
it actually contrasts well with the whites.
medyo common na ang OP dito, eh.
    heh heh.

    at any rate,
i still have considerable softening to do...

i do have a faux sub.
'twas given to me years ago.
i wear it from time to time, so's the mechanism won't get stuck.
it's so comfy on the wrist.

but i do so lust for a real one...

You can always get something similar or a homage at a lower price. It may not be the Rolex sub but there are a ton of divers watches available on the market. At least, it’s not a fake. You can get one with a Swiss movement or get a decent Japanese movement like the Seiko Sumo.

Here’s one homage with a Swiss ETA 2893 (GMT) movement:

Doc, homage daw ng Rolex GMT Masters pero di ko makita yun pagiging homage, iba character IMO.

    NOT true GMT.

Not popular compare to other mainstream brands.

    Pics grab from net

    if you're fine with homages,
i recommend the seiko sea urchin.
bang for the buck! less than 10K, brand new!
but 100 meters lang. it's great for drawer diving.
medyo mas mabigat at mataba kaysa oem submariner.

i have been observing mine on and off, over less than a year. it keeps great time.

Funny sa SWCP daming na-trigger just because one guy doesn't like the SKX all that much.

Were they expecting everyone to like watch just because many others like it?

I find it tacky when people are so attached to their material possessions na pag pinintasan kotse/relo nila they take it like a personal attack and feel the need to clap back.

What brand of watch do you wear? [Merged]
