    i let them run down.
i re-adjust when i want to use them again.
but then again, they're not really expensive watches.

lately, i have not been using them.
my current daily wear is a solar watch. nothing to replace, and very accurate.

Inaalog ko nalang watch case ko every now and then 🤣

Marami nagpapamodify ng SKX, dami parts nakukuha para maging unique but modifying is not for me, tingin ko nawawala yun value ng relo.

May mga bezel talaga na hindi sakto, minsan dapat hindi mo paabutin sa "click" para tumama sa tutok. Masakit sa ulo ng mga OC 🤣

Hahaha really, the "21 Jewels" in the dial made it extra special.

Looking back, i should've bought the 009J kahit may extra premium vs the 009K.

Boss CVT, wala ako winder. I just set the time in case I want to wear them.

If you have two favourite automatic watches, you can wear them one day after the other and both can keep their charge assuming they each have at least a 40-hr reserve.

My HS batch watch is a Seiko diver selling for P18k. Not modified is around 6 to 8k. Buti sana if it were like UP, to fund the sports program. For some reason, I couldn’t get myself to buy one. Maybe it’s the non conformist side of me or maybe I am just not a school fanatic. I can’t even get myself to wear HS tshirts or jackets.

Haha! Not really. I have friends from others schools & I’d feel awkward if I did wear a school item. I also don’t want to be percieved as an elitist to other friends, clients or workmates. Ok for kids to wear them but middle or old alums who do seem kinda strange to me.

I share the same sentiment! a bit OT but I told my friends in the office how everyone at the gym had school shirts when they workout except for me. They were so sweet and gifted me with one.

Our school also had a watch issued but just like CVT, Swatch e :P

    interesting read

The 6 Most Overhyped & Overrated Watches On The Market Today - Boss Hunting

i think seiko is trying to pump up their prices too by reviving discontinued watches and churning them up again in a very controlled and strict run.

another way seiko is rising their prices (in my view) is via all the limited edition variants they come up with. collectors feel they are duty bound to pay premium on them.

Haha! Omega is guilty of the same. But yes, don't be surprised to see re-issues or reinterpretation models of the Alpinist or even the Pogue down the road.
