Beautiful vintage look. Reminds me of the Watchco SM300 I should have bought years ago when it was still a good deal.

Thanks sir whistl3r for the kind comments. There's another watch from Oris which gives the same vintage diver look...

Thanks for the pic bro. Nice green lume. Seamasters get all the praise for lume brightness but Speedies are no slouch. Specially when you consider the limited surface area of the markers. I hope Omega keeps using green lume. The blue lume on the newer watches are nice and seem brighter but doesn't seem as warm as good old green.

Nice bro but still pales in comparison to the SM300. A nice vintage look with Liquidmetal and Master Coaxial movement. It's just the price that disagrees with my budget hehe. I think it'll also look killer on the shark mesh posted by SpinCycle.

Ah nope, it’s an aftermarket mesh bracelet

The cost of the OEM one was too much for my wallet lol

Flight of the Nighthawk..with GMT function and inner rotating bezel.

Was hoping for the Seiko Flightmaster but it simply wasn't available. Then again, this piece is just as great with the Eco-Drive engine.

^^^ Nice Nighthawk you got there!

I was a bit disappointed with Citizen. My Ecodrive chronograph with slide rule just wouldn't charge properly.

Thanks bro! It came with an extra strap as well!

Sad to hear about your Citizen. Have you tried bringing it in for service? Is it still covered by warranty?

Any good metal watches that won't break the bank (i.e. cheapest respectable metal watch)? I don't normally wear pero it's a good accessory to have for some occasions.

Out of warranty na sya. I was afraid that if I have it checked it for repairs, the cost might be the same as buying a new reliable Japanese automatic.

You can get yourself a nice Seiko or Orient automatic in metal bracelet for around 10k. They are better built than some fashion quartz watches which are priced even higher.

Well, I say it's a good enough reason to replace it sir.

Might I suggest the Seiko Alpinist or any of the Samurai re-issues, especially the Blue Lagoon.

I am more looking at getting myself an affordable GMT automatic for my next purchase.

Weathered or distressed leather strap in black or brown would do it, although I don't know if they make them for that lug width. Kevlar would also look good on there.
