My 8850 recently conked out. I don't know why.
And my 6250 is getting behind the times features-wise. Although I have to admire its strength and durability despite of what I had put through.
I didn't have to think much in choosing my next phone. Dahil idol ko si afrasay, I got one of these:
It's a Siemens M65 with an open-line.
I got it from Wellcom in SM City.
They will also throw in a free Siemens C62:
Other free stuff:
*Headset for the M65
*Car adaptor for the M65
*Wellcom wristwatch
*Wellcom wallet
*Wellcom flashlight (no batteries required)
*Wellcom dicount card to various establishments
*A SUN sim
All these for a little less than Php 20K. The phones are warranted for two years. I think the deal was fair enough. I hope the M65 will serve me as well as my 6250 has (and still is since may simcard pa ding nakalagay sa kanya).

March 31st, 2005 10:12 AM #7i still have my siemens phone lying here somewhere, naghahanap nga ako ng cover, kahit saan ako sulok ng pilipinas maghanap eh wala.
same with Otep & Afrasay, us guys really need tough phones dahil sa aming adventures, siguro i'll take a look at the Nokia 5140 again. mukhang maliit ang pindutan ng m65 sa daliri ko eh

Our office mobiles are the Siemens M65s. Tough little bastards. If you're a road warrior, then this would be a good phone for you. As for the 6680, yes it will reach the shores of Juan Dela Cruz.

im saving up for the P1000(?) i hope there will be a sneak peek sometime this year!
Sensing a hint of weakening on our 6yr old Thai Pana DIN74, went to the distributor to have it...
Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
