It's okay, but they don't have the capability to record long clips.
The problem with using a digi-cam as a video cam is that storage is usually at a premium, and they often limit you to 10-15 second clips, or a maximum of a few minutes of video total.
Whereas a 3CCD videocamera will give you terrific video quality, versus the digicam's merely average video quality and poor storage, and good still quality (equivalent to 3-5 MPs).
A 3CCD can't match the best of still cameras in terms of digital pics, but if you really need to take video, this is the bomb.![]()
