if like oct 21 cut off date ko, but morning palang ng Oct 21 nag load na ako ng 100 CTU na card... then that would take effect right there na agad? or it would take effect sa next day pa, oct 22 na ang start ng counting ng 10 days??

parekoy, the new CTU call card will take effect immediately. Hindi siya cumulative. Pero oks na rin mag load the day itself. minimal lang naman ang 'lugi'.
