Kailangan lang straight yun string, itali mo yun dulo sa Rock or something then probably punit ka ng maliit na Clothing tali mo na na doon sa End ng sa A/C then siksik mo sa drainage para masipsip nun maliit na cloth yun mga tubig pababa ng string

Actually pwede pa rin kahit meron angle basta dapat walang slack yun string. Once naman na na saturate na yun ibabaw gagapang na yan baka yun End doon sa A/C hinde nababasa yun dulo ng string?

Just updating... I paid 1,200 for cleaning of evaporator and condenser. I saw the technique so I might do it on my own should I feel doing it.

It's a 2-person job. The trick is to wear a head pad of sorts to carry the unit out as the other person guides the way. A thick towel will do. Make sure to plug the drain hole during the tranfer.[emoji4]

my dad had the foresight. he had the aircons installed between the window and the floor.
we can pull it out and clean it ourselves, should we wish to.

near-ceiling aircons must be remote-controlled. otherwise, you will have to keep a ladder in the room.
also, pulling it out for whatever reason, is a big job.
but function-wise, it is a "better location" than near-ceiling.

The only reason I know why they put those air conditioning units near the ceiling is to maximize the cooling effect. Hot air has always the tendency to go up while cold air settles down.

But then again, some would say it is better to place it through the windows. Should you require to pull it out, it should be easy.

Damn, all of our 4 LG split type inverter units have a defective part. The latest one is my seldom used unit which turns off after 3 seconds and light blinks. Looks like a thermostat defect. Other defects were broken fan motor, broken swing motor, and an unrecalled part replaced under warranty.
Both our non-inverter Kolin units had their boards replaced at 5k each when they were only 2 years old!

Will be switching to Daikin or Hitachi in the future
