Meron pa ba nito? My Smart subscription's contract will end by next month. I have read from posts before that Smart makes calls to subscribers around 6 months before the contract expiration to offer a retention package (free phone or free credits). Up to this day, I haven't received a single call. Should I make the call myself or go to their business office to inquire about this? Or wala ng ganitong promo ang Smart?

They should have. My dad has been recieving free phones from Smart every two years since time immortal! Try asking them by calling Customer Service at *888 (if I remember it right).

Smart post paid user for ten years now. Every two years nakakahuha ako ng retention phone. However, pareho lang na rin sila ng Globe na hinde ini-inform yung kanilang subscribers na eligible na sila for a retention unit - you have to call them and ask.
Boybi, to answer your question - mayron pa.

or 9000 miles credited to my mabuhay miles account.
take note, no free credits for my plan. hell, i'm better off not renewing my contract and if i need a new phone, i'll just buy one at GH for the equivalent or better value than the ones they're offering. bulok!!!
although tempting ang 9000 miles (HSBC conversion is P45.00 = 1 mile or P405,000 worth of purchases).Last edited by ssaloon; July 7th, 2007 at 11:11 AM.
