Meron pa ba nito? My Smart subscription's contract will end by next month. I have read from posts before that Smart makes calls to subscribers around 6 months before the contract expiration to offer a retention package (free phone or free credits). Up to this day, I haven't received a single call. Should I make the call myself or go to their business office to inquire about this? Or wala ng ganitong promo ang Smart?

July 7th, 2007 09:44 AM #2They should have. My dad has been recieving free phones from Smart every two years since time immortal! Try asking them by calling Customer Service at *888 (if I remember it right).

July 7th, 2007 09:50 AM #4Nangunguripot na yata mga telcos ngayon? Dati yung Globe, nagpapadala nag letters na may free ganito at ganyan. Ngayon, dapat ikaw pa mismong tumawag. Pero pagnaglabas naman sila ng annual report nila, bilyon ang net income nila!
