Not sure if just psychological, but I seem to get a little more battery life with the update. Am getting roughly the same battery life despite using 2 sims now instead of 1 sim before.

i don't notice any increase in battery life. no lag either. just the same performance.

Battery is the same.

Lag meron konti nung first hour after installation. Then ni restart ko, ayun okay na!

Looks really nice TBH. Very crisp.

Right, auto updates, or apps that tend to stream something from the net,... Though sometimes when my connection is slow, I just turn airplane mode and back on again..

If I experience lag on mobile gaming I investigate it with the Glass Wire. I put the interval to 1 minute and see which app is hogging the connection. Sometimes I'll see the Samsung backing up to its cloud. Sometimes Google photos.

Should I buy a new phone now or should I wait for a newer phone to be released after a few month???? Thinking of buying a oneplus 6 or Samsung s9 or maybe a note 8 but note 9 will be release August and the other 2 phones October or November, can't decide.

Yung Samsung I don't know if it's the phone or the network, but if someone calls me after 2 rings it will disconnect, and for some whenever they call me, can't be reach daw, na open na itong phone ko before bcoz of battery issue, nag expand ang battery, di ko naman na overcharge.

my significant other is also having problems with her samsung. similar to your issues. smart provider.
i told her, "dalhin mo na sa samsung, habang naka-warranty pa".

Hard reset almost always does the job.

Pero asan ba problema, Sim or phone? Try isolating muna by putting your Sim onto other phone.
