my NC headphone is both wired and wireless (bluetooth) capable. when its low batt or off, i can still listen to music via the 3.5mm cable though i lost the noise cancelling feature. my non audiophile ear can't hear much of a difference between bluetooth or wired but i still prefer my phone to have a headphone jack

So Apple will charge $349 for an iPhone 8 back glass replacement. Malamang mas mahal pa yung Plus model.

Buti pang nag metal back na lang sila madali palitan yung shell. How can you promote e-waste recycling kung ganyan ka mahal/hirap ipa repair.

i'd take all this with a grain of salt though. Apple's been known to pay people to line up for iphone releases.

Can't say much about the A-series, but my son's J7 lasts at least more than a day with games, youtube, FB, FB Messenger, etc.

To prolong battery life ... keep phone battery between 40-90% ... avoid charging to 100% and draining battery less than 20% ... it's better to charge your device every now and then though out the day than keep it plugged in overnight ...

Read this too from somewhere. I don't remember the science behind it though.

IMO, not charging to 100% is only advisable if you plan to store the device for months on end. But for a “daily driver” of a phone, it’s fine to charge it overnight to 100%. Statistically, at least based on my experience with my own devices, the batterry still outlasts my device’ useful life of approx. 2-5 years.

My Palm T|X for instance, is more than a decade old and it’s still working. The battry retention is probably down to 25% from when it was new but it doesn’t matter since the product is obsolete. I’m just keeping it for nostalgia and novelty.

My Phantom 3 drone smart batteries are set to auto-discharge to around 60% when not used for more than 2 days. I’ve set it as such because I don’t get to use it much. Every few months, I charge it up to full, do some flights, charge it again to full, store it and let the auto-discharge kick in.
