Hard sell sila...

a. Price is 'competitive' in a bad way with samsung and other androids, products uninspiring. No way someone would plunk down S7/S8 money for a similarly priced G5/G6
b. Unresolved boot loop issues; told the public to pound sand for hardware failures which were obviously design issues. Samsung kept quiet din with yung exynos failures early on in the S3/Note2 era pero they patched them up with the android 4 release before the warranty of those units were over. Note 7 recall handled as well as a giant product recall could be.
