I did both, visit the shop and call their helpdesk everyday. Sad thing no detailed/specific explanation were given to me kung ano nga ba ang problema.

Then i received a text informing me that the issue has been resolved, restart my device then kahit papano its better than before i raised them my concern.

Many times ko na nireport ito sa smart, no response from them namely Glorietta and Trinoma talagang pahirapan sa cellular data connection.

May jammer ba dahil ayala owned both ayala malls and globe?
