With the Samsung Galaxy S 4 aiming to take the throne on which the Galaxy S III once sit, every owner of the former flagship must wonder if the upgrade is worth it.

After all, the Galaxy S 4 looks awfully similar to its predecessor, so is there more to Samsung’s latest flagship than meets the eye?

The Samsung Galaxy S IV not only comes with the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but also packs the latest TouchWiz UI version, which is more feature-rich than ever. There’s also beast of a processor inside, the 13MP camera and, of course, the 5″ full HD Super AMOLED display.

So, should Galaxy S III owners upgrade to the Galaxy S 4? It’s way too early to tell but by the looks of it, Samsung did a great job with the upgrade and will certainly make many consider it.
