I think that's true of all servers... I sometimes get a huge bill because my previous payment was late. It alarms my wife some when she suddenly sees a 4-6k bill on the table , but it's forgiveable...
and sometimes the late reflection of payment eggs you on to pay just a bit earlier... psychology lang yun.

I'm a globe post-paid subscriber for about 10 years now. Bad trip nga lang ang loyalty plan ng globe. I average mga P1000 ang monthly bill ko. The lowest being 500+ a month (advantage 250 pa plan ko eh) and the highest is about 4k (which comes rarely kung mag-aabroad lang ako). Eh kailangan daw average bill mo should be 1200 a month para maka-avail.

Sa Smart vs. Globe, sorry Globe ako, 8 years na ako sa Globe walang problema masyado, first 2 months ko palang sa Smart mega sakit sa ulo na... BULOK pa sobra ang CS parang SUN.

im having second thoughts, naisip ko din kasi that im using my globe number for business kols, pagtiyatiyagaan ko muna for another month globe, if they didnt really get me a good phone till next month i might switch to smart, ilang years na din ako sa globe, my bills are whooping high, dapat magbigay sila ng phone for retention...
maganda gising ko kanina kaya intay muna ako another month, ill have my number re evaluated if i could get a beetr handset for free

smart pre-paid with matching smart money, i can load anytime i want as long as may pondo . my wife works there .

cutedoc: naka 2 phones na libre na ako sa globe for loyalty ek ek... call them and ask. Yung retention ng smart walang kwenta... bad trip pa they REQUIRED me to go through auto-debit sa CC and ayaw patanggal.

the veed isa palang nakuha ko sa globe 2 yrs ago, tagal nga nila magbigay ng new phone, yung isa kong line kakatapos lng retention nung april, kaya intay ako til june kung me bibigay sila phone, sabi nila n70lang daw ngayon pwede nila bigay, a e same lng with a new line... im am expecting a better phone na free

AFAIK, it's not how BIG your bill is... it's how BIG your plan is. You could be paying through the nose, but if you're only on a 1000 peso plan, they won't offer much. That's why I switched up to the near-2000p plan. My bills used to be HUGE on the lower plan. Now they're fairly constant.
In other words, match your plan to your usage. Don't underestimate the value of free minutes.
