meron nga dati nung andon ako sa dati kong company, meron daw isang singaporean dadating nga dito one week lang tapos stay siya sa shangri-la. ung mga applicants don na rin iniinterview.

okay lang umalis yun mga employees pero follow what you signed before. you can resign naman but do not leave. dyan nakikita ang pagkatao ng tao eh. values or money?

Good luck sa PSIA. The exodus of Filipino IT professionals have been going on for years, yet nothing has been preventing them from seeking greener pastures abroad. Not even POEA/OWWA policies, long-term contracts or the threat of 6-figure peso bonds for breach of contracts deter anybody from leaving.

Gusto ng PSIA pahirapan ng Singapore ang pag pasok ng pinoy talent sa kanila?
Baket naman gagawin ng Singapore yun? Kung pwede lang ilipad agad ung talent kahit di na magbihis at magpaalam sa pamilya...
Singapore is a competitor. PSIA cant compete. That's that.

utak ng mga business sa pinas like yang PSIA utak lamok.gusto nila sila lang umaasenso.we have families to feed no.wake up call yan, bad move ginawa nila.the more na madami aalis mas maganda kasi dadami job opening.makakatulong pa para mabawasan ang unemployed sa pinas.esep esep ka ka taruc!

my brother has 5 yrs experience in IT and working as a software developer diyan sa makati earning 65k gross/mo. so peanut lang pala yun ano? compared sa singgapore kaya pala he told me lately na he is seriously considering a singapore job.
