    ok thaks, so 2032 flat batt ang tawag? will try to do it tonite meronbang specific brand na maganda? while at it plan to upgrade na rin yun memory is it also a plug and play type? tapos what is the difference yun sdd or ddr etc? how will i know kung anong pwede sa PC ko? and ano mas amganda?

    Buy two. Then stick the spare one somewhere in your PC case for emergencies.
    :-)

    Those batteries usually last 1.5 - 2 years.

    To be safe, just bring the discarded battery to the store and ask the salesperson to get you something similar.

    You'll need to know the model of your motherboard first before you purchase extra memory. Once you find out the model, try visiting the manufacturer's website and getting the specs of the motherboard. There, you can find out what kind of memory will work on your system.
    If you don't know the model of your motherboard, try taking a pix of it and posting it here...hehe... ;)

    CMOS battery na lang sabihin mo kung bibili ka. Memory plug and play din. Ilang pin ba yung nakakabit sa PC mo? yung SDRAM (168 pin) mas maikli kesa DDRAM (184 pin). Sa SDRAM may dalawang klase yung PC100 at PC133 yung DDRAM PC266, PC333, PC400 at yung pinakabago ngayon DDR2 (PC533).

    Check mo kung ano yang nakakabit kung PC266 - PC266 din ilagay mo, kung PC133 - PC133 din ilagay mo dapat compatible sila. yung capacity ng memory depende na sayo kung ano bibilhin mo basta hanggang kaya ng mobo mo.

    Bro maling-mali ka. Ang CMOS Batt umaabot ng seven years. Patay na ang board mo pero ang battery buhay pa.

    hahahaha ano yan parang battery sa relo na kamukha ng CMOS battery tatagal lang ng 2 years?????

    Yeah I agree pwede umabot ng 7 years nga...

    yap ..tagal ng life span ng CMOS batt..PC ko na pentium III..
    mag 6 yrs na buhay pa din battery

    sa National Bookstore mga 25 to 35php lang ang bili ko last year. the original CMOS lasted for 6 years.
