went around to canvas for digital cameras lately. honestly, hindi pa rin ako bilib sa canon ixus. the powershots are better and i would recommend the Canon Powershot A570 or the A720 if you want Manual features. For Sony, the DSC-W55 performs even better than the W80 even with all the added features of the W80.

normally, you will need the image stabilization or anti-blur feature if you have a camera that has more than 3x optical zoom.

sa DSLR, i think nikon's d40 and d40x are very good. you can get this in quiapo for 23k to 29k.
