guys help naman. saan ba pwedeng makakita ng oil press machine for oil extraction ng peanuts? gagawa kasi kami ng biodiesel using oil extracted from peanuts then by process of transesterification, ihahalo namin yung oil sa methanol tapos catalyst na NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide). could someone enlighten us? any inputs are welcome and will be appreciated! thanks in advance!
You don't need an oil press machine...just grind it fine into peanut butter consistency (maybe a Matstone juicer will work). Then let it stand for a few days, oil should separate from the remaining solid.
Mas mura ang meat grinder than the Matstone juicer pero parang mas efficient eto than a meat grinder.
I would suggest pan roasting (do not add any oil) the nuts first before extraction.
Thank you sir!

Distillation is the preferred choice for cleaner oil, we use this method for extracting manila elemi oil.
Try asking around DOST, they have a local manufacturer of machines like shredder, depupler, distiller, rasper, grinder, for specific size/ applications.
