I would like one but the price at over P30K, it's too expensive! I would rather buy a new laptop with that money. I would settle for the Note2 instead. LG G2 is nice alternative but still pricy.

I coveted the original Note when it came out. Now I own a Note 2 for 7 months and still very happy with it. The S pen is very useful for me. Reminds me of my Palm Zire with today's excellent smartphone features. If you are okay with a Large phone, you can never go wrong with the Note 3.

i've been looking at the reviews online, and i think i will only recommend the LG G2 if you're into custom ROMs. the hardware specs is the best in the market but the LG OEM software and the skin on top of Android is reportedly overdone/unintuitive.

on topic: the note 2 is still a great phone and should still be in the market for the next year.

Bought yesterday a Note 3 for my wife. It is our very first Samsung smart phone.



Too early to say how it performs. Display looks very nice and responsive. With current offerings from Apple, I think Samsung is right on the money on this. There is a real quality feel with this product.

Yeah, by all reports the Nexus 5 will have similar, if not the same, specs as the G2.

Wife is getting one via Smart to replace her Note 1 na ipapamana naman sakin. The Note 1 is still a good performer but I hate its battery life.

has it always had poor battery life? if not, then the battery may be dying or degraded na. good thing about samsung is you can actually replace batteries.

It did. Ironically it gets worse when "Power Save Mode" is selected. I have to remove and re-insert the battery to get decent battery life if "Power Save" was accidentally turned on. Its original battery died exactly a year after we got it. The current battery is around 10 months old and it's still alive. ICS pa rin sya since nawala ata OTA option for JB and no chance to update it via Kies pa.

When we installed Minecraft on it don na sya na stress ng todo. A bit over two hours lang dead batt na in the hands of our sons

The 3 feels slimmer and lighter than the 1. Di ko na ata patungan ang stock launcher and other base apps neto since tightly integrated na ang stylus and Touch Wiz and we'd like to maximize the use of the stylus.

IMO sayang lang ang Note 3 for people who won't use the stylus and want something to mod.

From what I have read, it would have the same specs except for the camera which would be lower than the one in the G2.

Pleather aka plastic + leather. Parang soft-touch dashboard ng oto

naku sir may problema Note 2, i don't know if this is just an isolated case. Ung inbox won't load your messages and you got to reset the phone time and again.
