Mapapansin ba difference if I'll use component video cables for the Wii? I'm using a 42" plasma in playing the Wii.

Yes there is a slight noticable difference although not a whole lot since the Wii can only display a maximum of 480p unlike the Xbox 360 and the PS3 can go all the way to 1080p. But anyway, you have to be quite daring to play video games on a plasma TV. Ingat lang since video games are prone to giving plasmas burn in if used over a long time....

I'm using a 10th gen plasma (Panasonic 42PV70) which doesn't have burn in issues already.

I use Brazil as my country. Palitan mo yung Country mo as Brazil, then you can use your Philippine credit card. Just put something in the address maskin fictional di naman yung tinitgnan eh. I have bought Wii points 2X already and it has worked, although its been a long time since I have played my Wii since mas gusto ko yung games ng Xbox 360 and PS3...

Classic controller dami dyan sa V-mall, merong ngang mga imitations lang for much less price. Meron ding original. I will leave the price canvassing up to you...

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but im looking for a service center for my WII.

No power sya. I dunno what happened to it, my brother was playing with it, stored it for a couple of months and now the damn unit doesnt wanna turn on. Wala din yung led light sa may power switch pag plugged in. Brick na ba? May expensive paper weight na ba ako? Please help. Thanks.

Baka yung power supply lang problema... Good thing its external. Try going to V-mall to have the power supply diagnosed. If sira na, just buy another one...

I would say 50/50 that it is still fixable.

At best, only the power module got damaged. That can probably be fixed.

But if a power surge got through before the power module blew, it could have fried the Wii's main board.

You will have to bring it to a shop to have it checked either way. EYO at V-Mall, Greenhills can do such repairs if you don't know any shops that can help you.

Hi,

I am looking to buy a Wii. However I don't know anything about it, I just know that you need a modified version of the console to play pirated games.. When you say pirated does this mean I can download free games from the internet and will be able to play it? Or even the non-modified version can play games downloaded from the internet.

I hope you can help me with this one.. Also I need to know where I can find a modified wii console.. Thanks alot.

When you say pirated either you buy at Greenhills or Quiapo or download it then burn it to a disc. ALam ko may special procedure yan to burn in a DVD, di yan basta-basta!

Non modified consoles will noy play bootleg games.
