MSI 460 or Asus k40in?

Help me choose from these two? Although specs wise, lamang ang MSI, sa sturdiness and good looks, I think Asus has the advantage....

ito ung spec ng Asus K40in:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 (2.2GHz)
RAM: 4GB DDR2-800
HDD: 320GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce G102M
Price: 34,995

at ito naman sa MSI EX460:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 (2.2Ghz)
RAM: 4GB DDR2-800
HDD: 250GB
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330
Price: PHP34,995

aside from what i have pointed out ano ang pros and cons sa dalawa?

Get the Asus, MSI has notorius body cracking issue according to a dealer friend.

I am set on getting an Asus K40IN next month. However there's an IT fair going on in Singapore later this week, and have asked my sister to check it out, on the thought that it might be cheaper there.

I just have a concern on the warranty. I checked on the Asus website, and it mentions that there is a global warranty for that model. But would anyone know how this works here in the Philippines, if at all, in case I buy it in Singapore? The info on the site is not that descriptive, but I want to know if any fellow Tsikoteers have had any experience with Asus' warranty claims.

I haven't, but you can try calling Axis or Banbros for that information.

I started this thread and bought neither the asus nor the msi laptop...What I bought is the Lenovo G450 with Core2Duo and 512mb VC (NVIDIA GeForce G 210M) and ddr3 2gig ram plus Windows 7 Home Premium...for only 38k...sulit ang pera ko with the specs...
