the parking area of 6750 has already replaced their fluorescent light tubes to LEDs. its much brighter na. also noticed the used GES brand. looking at the tubes, you wouldnt notice that its LED. you wont see the LED chips kasi.

Latest count, I replaced almost 40 CFLs in our house with LED bulbs....
And, about half of them are turned on all night....

January 14th, 2014 02:49 PM #7imho, mas maganda yung spread ng ilaw sa spiral compared to LEDs...haven't seen one that throws light at the sides as well.
Maybe it's because of the low ceiling, but the LED bulb i bought for my room just doesn't quite cut it. Planning to experiment with an LED tube. i bought one from CDR King for my fish tank, knock on wood di pa naman sumabog o lumiyab

That's my problem with the LEDs I used to replace our outdoor 25w CFLs. They're just as bright, but most of the light is going the wrong way. Really need to put a reflector in the housing better than the cut-up foil-covered paper plates that are there now.

bought 3 pcs of 3-watt led light bulbs on sale at cdr-king for 100 each. just retired the two 40-watt fluorescent lights on the porch and replaced the divi cfl bulb in my room. so far so good.
only downside is wala silang yellow na soft-tone na led.
i heard you can haggle up to 80 pesos at divi for a 3 watt bulb.
