So I am guessing that currently, MOST PLDT MyDSL users are experiencing double bandwidth like BLUEBIMMER nowadays? my friend from Laguna has excellent service from PLDT as well.

Has your connection improved?

I'm about to subscribe to MyDSL and cut my Globequest line.

bad driver, this thread started 2 years ago. and some of the members who posted here are from other countries with very good internet speeds.

yeah, I know it started in 2003 but I was hoping those people who had bad experiences are now enjoying better service

I guess the conclusion to this is that you will never know what is your actual bandwidth until you experience it yourself. If you will apply the words of Forrest Gump: "DSL is like a box of chocolates, you'll never know what you'll gonna get". Atleast if you paid for 560 kbps, you should start complaining when you are averaging less than 300 kbps in reality.

That's funny. Ginamit ko yung McAfee Internet Connection Speedometer at ang result ay 350Kbps. Yung internet connection ko ay 100Mbps (fiber optics) di makahabol ang bulok na PC ko sa speed ng fiber optic.
