I have proven that once you have experienced the speed of DSL, you will never go back to dial-up ever again.
I cannot say the same for Wi-Fi, dahil minsan parating may dead spots. Saka syempre kailangan laptop ang computer mo para ma-appreciate mo yung Wi-Fi. A wireless desktop doesn't make sense to me.

totoo yun. nakakaspoil talaga ang 100mbps connection speed sa dsl. kaya lang, this is not available everytime.
in my university before, i get 10mbps wireless connection. in the room i was renting, i get 5 mbps wireless connection
weroam gets me 220kbps and i since i share the card, i can only use on an "as available basis"." but it is so convenient. only problem is i seem to feel my brain being "fried" or baka paranoid lang ako
i also tried the wireless connections sa mga hi-fi spots (especially seattle's best in greenbelt 3) and okay naman. i get about 10mbps with excellent connection
but most of time, i am back to dial up on a 48kbps line using isp reloaded and in the convenience of my room in the house
so far, any of the above is okay naman. adjust nalang
