    ganito kasi yun:

    - iniwan ko kahapon na naka suspend mode dahil I have to do something outside, hindi ako nagpapatay kasi ng computer, if i know na may kailangan pa akong gawin. saves on boot-up times, ika nga.

    - when i went back, naka BSOD na sya... Memory dump.

Ngayon pag starting na sya, namamatay before I even reach booting of windows. I also noticed na pag nakakalusot, ang bagal ng POST nya, and minsan hang sya. Pero most of the time, siguro mga 80% nagshushutdown sya, even after the POST (kung nakakalusot). In fact, maski nasa loob ako ng CMOS configuration, namamatay sya.

I have already made some isolations, hindi RAM ang problem.
Possible kaya na sa PS ito? o sa board mismo?

    TIA

Try to do a visual inspection of your motherboard's capacitors for possible leaks.

You can also check if your processor's HSF is working properly.
If the fan is dead, then your processor could be overheating and will either throttle down (hence the slowdown), and as an added safety feature, your motherboard might opt to power down as well. Pero I doubt ito yung cause ng problem mo....

    - no capacitor leaks. more than 2 years pa lang naman itong PC.
    - the fan is ok.

I guess the next best thing to do is to try to borrow a PSU from and test it on your system to find out if it's really the culprit.

I experienced something similar to your problem last december.
My 2 year old S939 motherboard died on me. At first intermittent bsod. Eventually, ayaw nang mag POST. I gave up and got a new system na lang .

Sounds like a motherboard problem to me.

But since PowerSupply are cheap, you can borrow a known good PS to check just in case.

    Chief HappyG,

I'm sure naman na there's no OS or malware issues, so crossout na natin yun.

    Possible causes:

    1. Defective MOBO
    2. Defective PSU

When you say namamatay, did the LED or fan were still on? Or total shutdown talaga?
