tinanggal mo ba yung parang etits sa powercord nya? grounding kasi yun eh.
kung tinanggal mo, try to get a new powercord na may etits.

ganyan din sakin minsan. subukan mong lagyan ng insulator don sa may screw ng motherboard and casing. tape or anything para lang walang direct contact. saka linisin mo na rin maigi yung loob. minsan dahil din sa mga alikabok eh. heheh.

Something in your power supply may be causing it. Your chassis should have no voltage (potential) on it. The ground line on your power cable is useless if your power source has no grounding line....

usually, it's the power supply that is grounded. your printer, soundsystem, etc will be grounded when touched in the metallic area too. it can be alternatively remedied with adding ground from your pc casing to the dirt. however, if you touch the casing this time, there is a feel of electromagnetic in the casing. but it doesn't give the bee sting anymore.
