Last edited by yebo; February 14th, 2013 at 04:34 PM.

February 14th, 2013 06:39 PM #15i'm with sir Retz on this one -- if 2-3k lang ang difference, might as well go to the official samsung store.
i'm reminded of my friend, bumili siya ng iphone 4S sa GH. Nung nagkaproblem, binalik namin sa store, which suggested na either ipa repair daw nila sa technician -- which will ruin the warranty -- or ipadala sa Korea where the unit para irepair. Me suspicion pa na baka nakaw ung unit na yun na pinablock ng original owner. In the end my friend ended up selling the iphone for spare parts.
i've also heard some rumors that the stores may swap out some original components para mabenta nila as spare parts.
i bought an SGS2 not so long ago from the Samsung store. With around 2 months left in the warranty, it suddenly went dead. The technician said it was a board problem, then replaced it outright. No headaches, and my phone got flashed with ICS 4.0 pa.
Don't get me wrong, GH/V-Mall is one of my favorite hangouts and i love wrecking, este, tweaking stuff...but if you're gonna drop 30-40k, you might as well get it from an authorized dealer with warranty.
Hmm..good point sir Yebo. i'll make it a point to visit Robinsons malls first.

Wala bang Samsung sa Makati? That's so weird na Digital Walker sells the Note 2 for P29,990. Mas mahal pa sa Samsung mismo? Saka nakakagulat din na large stores in malls get away with selling grey market phones?

^ Laki kasing risk pag may nasira na part, sabi nila pag grey market di kasama parts sa warranty.
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
