Why not just reload it so it'll be good for another year? Data will be roll-overed anyway so hindi masasayang. It should be good for another year.

I will do the same prior to the next anniversary next year.

Hindi kasi ako aware na nag anniversary na pala yung sim. Although nasa app naman yung last purchase. Mag reminder na lang siguro ako sa calendar.

Ngayon ko lang na notice na lumampas pala ako ng 1 year bago nag top up, buti hindi namatay ung sim. Sana nga may reminder palagi, mahirap ma cut off lalo na at regular number ko na ito

This is my 2nd GOMO sim. The first one, I intentionally let it go past the anniversary date just to find out what will happen. Ayun, the sim was deactivated. And when I tried to reload it, thinking it would automatically be reactivated, syempre, it did no good. Buti nalang maayos kausap customer support nila. They just asked me to submit proof of payment and they proceeded to refund the full amount back to my GCash.

This time, I plan to keep it for the long haul... which means I will have to pay annually to keep the sim active. I might even get a second one. I just hope that unused data will just rollover forever.

The only unknown is if GOMO is able to remain profitable to keep their business model going for the foreseeable future.

Yung smart prepaid sim card din. Then ni load ko ng magic data ₱599 which is 48 GB no expiry load. Then I will just load it with ₱5 per year para hindi ma deactivate yung number. There are other smaller magic data pero pinaka sulit per GB ng 599.

It's slightly more expensive than gomo but from my experience mas marami area covered ng smart.

It's cheaper to keep SIM alive with SMART ... GOMO minimum load is 299(?) ... with SMART you can load 5-10 pesos ... assuming it's just for a backup SIM ... and you have good SMART signal in your area ...

I never really used renew button. Sa BPI ako lagi naglo load.
