My Firefox is running like a dog, lately, too... mostly on tsikot... seems there's an issue with Java on mine... am thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling... hope it helps...

I only use Firefox to browse Tsikot and I use Opera for everything else. I tried using Firefox because when this site implemented the Kontera script thingy, it made Opera go crazy. Medyo mabagal din ang Tsikot gamit ang Firefox, pero pwede na pagtiyagaan.

    I'm running
    Windows XP SP2
AVG 7.5 Internet Security Home Edition
    Pentium 4 1.5 GHz
    1 GB RAM

Noticed that too. When I click on a link in tsikot, it takes sometime for Opera to load it.

This forum's speed has been fine on my end since the "improvements" last year. When it's down it's down. There's just no way to get in. But, there hasn't been any slowdowns when the web site is working. I've been using mostly Firefox for the last year and a half.

This is kind of weird, but when I am using firefox for tsikot,- I get bumped out (meaning I need to re-log-in) every now and then, especially when I am submitting an entry/log.... Not, with IE....

One of the biggest advantage of Firefox is the plug-in to block ads.

Opera still has some issues with java based secure sites, I used to be exclusively Opera since I'm so used to using mouse gestures... But there aren't any plug-ins for Yahoo Toolbar for it and that kinda prompted me to go Firefox... and now FF has color management, so I'm kinda sticking to it now..

I still like Opera's simplicity, though...

IE I only touch for intranet stuff since they're ran off IE's security grr.
