Weird po yun sir ah! Although minsan nga nung umulan last week, nawala yung signal pero bumalik naman after. Then one time last week din, nawala yung signal and I called at around 2am and reported the problem. Kinabukasan around 11am, may nagrepair na!
By the way, if you are calling Destiny Internet Tech Support (841-9393 then press 2), as soon as you get connected to an agent, give your name on account, ask for the agent's name and give your phone number asap because they are having problems with their PABX (phone system) so they can call you once your call gets disconnected (usually after a minute or so).
