If your application is a small commercial or apartment building. Then its best to have a individual meter for each slot billed to them directly by the power provider. Not sub-meter.

Sir, the reason I ask whether it is more feasible to do primary or secondary metering is because of the highlighted part. Will my opex be high since we will buying the transformer if we proceed with the primary metering? or will my electricity billing be much higher if we proceed with the secondary metering since meralco will provide the transformer and of course this will be charge to us in our monthly billing.
