looking inside the roof our house....... it's filled to the rafters with insulation.

That's probably why our house gets to a max of only 80F with the a/c off and all windows and glass doors under curtains even though it's +110F outside. We only need short periods of a/c use. The rest of the time, ceiling fans are enough.

Or, if it seems too warm inside the house....we just go outside for a minute and then come back inside. Then the house feels cooler.
