What good DVDs have you watched lately???

1) LOTR - Fellowship of the Ring -Special Extended Edition
-Way way way way better than the movie!!! 30 minutes of additional scenes. Mas madali maintindihan for those who havent read the book.

2) Office Space - Quite entertaining comedy about office life. Im sure a lot of people here can relate :D

3) Jackass The Movie - Director's Cut
What can I say??? GROSS!!!! But extremely funny!!!!!

also bought LOTR Extended Edition from Amazon, bale 4-disc set sya. kadarating lang this monday pero di ko pa pinapanood. Tatapusin ko lang itong HT setup ko para mas masarap panoorin :D

bumili din ako The Matrix, Platinum Edition! ang laki ng box 8O me kasamang isang film strip, full size cinema poster, black & white pictures, and yung mga pictures na nakadisplay sa mga theaters.

OT: Tanong lang po. Sa mga pirated DVDs, do they have the same DTS or 5.1 audio outputs as the originals. Diyan kasi sa Pilipinas, kalalabas pa lang sa sine dito, nasa DVD na diyan. Here it takes at least three to six months [depende kung kumita ang pelikula] bago lumabas sa DVD/video.

jesi, some have DTS, especially if the movie is already released in DVD. pDVDs that have DTS have poor picture quality, except DVD9 pirateds.

pajerokid, yung package kasi ng Platinum Edition, madami kasamang mga ek-ek. pero yung disc mismo, di ko pa alam kung anong diff sa movie. di ko pa kasi napapanood, hintay ko tapusin HT setup ko, naghahanap pa ako ng speakers. pero, sige, basahin ko lang yung nakasulat sa case. :wink:

pajerokid, mukhang wala naman pinagkaiba sa movie mismo itong Limited Edition Collector's Set, hindi pala Platinum Edition.
