Please recommend power bank that can charge cellphone and laptops ... looking at UGreen 25000 mAh 3,700 since familiar with the brand ... have noticed that Anker power banks are more expensive 10,000 mAh is about 2,700 already ...

Sometimes Anker goes on sale. If you can't wait, UGreen is a popular brand, too.
