guys what's the best "bang for the buck" Digital SLR Camera...
Been doing some reading on this. You may want to consider the Canon EOS 30D or the Nikon D200. The review is published in the latest issue of HWM.
I saw a Nikon D50 at makati it was selling for 50K+ and a Nikon d70 for 90K+.
definitely mas mura kung sa mga camera shop sa Raon(?)
There shouldn't be brand new D50/D70s anymore, they're both discontinued, if meron, old stock na yun... 90K for a D70 is insane hehe.
Well, amongst the ones (entry level) I've tested and/or extensively read about, the top three goes to (in no particular ranking):
1. Fujifilm Finepix S9500
2. Nikon D70
3. Canon EOS 350D
4. Olympus E-VOLT 330 (pangit nga lang hitsura, IMO)
Oks din ang review sa Pentax *ist-DL2
Sa semi-pro:
1. Nikon D70
2. Canon EOS 300D or the 30D.
3. Olympus E-VOLT 500
4. Sigma SD-9
Sa pro series (in no particular ranking):
1. Canon EOS 1Ds-Mark II
2. Nikon D200 or the D2X
Fafa Kimps, why don't you pay us a visit at Kameraderie. Dami seasoned DSLR users dun.

*artpogi: sa Hidalgo bossing, hindi sa raon.mas mura dun talaga. mas mura din dun an photo accessories e.g. filers, lens hoods/shades, flash units, lenses, tri-pods, dry box, etc.
don't know but before you buy see first at ebay.ph. i just bought a canon a700 there for 17k, mall price is 25k. hanapin mo yung seller na alyxravilob (bolivar), madali kausap, he'll sell items at below the reserve price if you pay cash. complete with receipt and intl warranty card din. meron siya sony and canon digital slr cameras (10.1 mega pixells, carl zeis lens), see mo na lang sa ebay auctiva store nya. pwede din yata mag-order.

accessories: its the same as film SLRs lens, filters, etc. Printing: a lot lesser than film because you can review and adjust your shots quicker sa screen and rightafter sa PC. printing is only a second option unlike sa film wherein you need to develop right away to see your subjects. yun nga lang mas nakakatuto ang film esp if you will start with the manual op. from the light, distance, and opening computations. it's going to be very easy pagdating sa digital. BTW i'd go with any model Nikon digital SLR basta 8 megapixels up. my two cents po.Originally Posted by kimpOy
