Easy to blame others for converge's shortcomings. Just do what the others do and fix the issue rather than point fingers. Thats what the customers need. Not excuses.
Maraming problema pldt and globe as well. Competition is good as it raises the level of everyone. These companies arent perfect as well nor are they close to it. But gotta grind everyday to keep customers satisfied.

It was our topic last night among friends. Lahat ng naka Converge sa amin, problematic talaga. Totally walang customer service, as in zero. So you don’t really know how to report it and have your connection fixed if you encountered a problem. Just hope na mapansin somehow ng tech nila and fix it.
