Country Manager in his 40s?!? Our CCO retired last year and he was definitely in his 60s when he did (classmate siya ng Tita ko e may senior card na Tita ko LOL) Siguro sinagad niya yung 65.

Tapos 20+ years in the company typically CEO ka na. So our CEO is 42. Our Sales Director is 43. Our Marketing Director is in her late 30s I think.

By the time you're 50 wala ka na energy to keep up with the young ones so they usually take the early retirement package when it's offered to them.

CEO at 42?!? Wow. Competitive kasi saka puro mga achievers sa company niyo, samin steady lang kaya hindi stressful sa mga oldies as long as they are not director level.

Kaya bilib ako sa 40s na high up the ladder kasi I don't typically encounter. Si ex crush siya pinakabata sa executives sa company nila
