Iniisip ko kasi when you are 60s nasa top or peak na ng where you want to be in corporate kasi near retirement na (65) I think depende nga sa industry kasi samin most of the big bosses are 50s up (25+ yrs in the company) Kila ex crush marami pa rin 60s.
