I think 24k is enough for a unit. We assembled some PCs for 15K. P4 3.0GHz, 40GB HDD, 256MB DDR RAM, 128MB Video Card, 17" Monitor na din (Php2,500).

Ok naman so far. Can handle yung gusto ng mga gamers....
