Kahit ata Surface gamitin mo, towards year 4 (and older) ramdam mo pagbagal ng performance

Sa Apple, even if 2-3 Generations behind yung MacOS version mo, useable pa din yung device
Lamang talaga pag standardized ang hardware mo. Para lang yang PS4 vs PC - spec for spec, mas efficient ang PS4 kaysa PC kasi may low-level hardware access. Same with iPhone vs Android. Optimizing for different hardware makes you jack of all trades but master of none.

Kaya now na in-house na chip ng Apple, even better performance.

    exactly!

Nung nabanggit ni BratPAQ yung video editing.

Naalala ko bigla how sad it is na hindi reliable ang windows machine sa Video Editing pero the same function can easily be done on an iPad or even an iPhone.

Hindi naman... I don't know where you heard that from but UI is subjective so you'll get a different response from different people. In fact, Hollywood movies are produced spanning multiple workflows using both Windows and Mac.

If Windows were that bad at editing, nobody would be using it.

For the most part, the OS doesn't matter much. They will use tools they are familiar with and are effective at. It is the app where their expertise lies in is what's relevant (ie. Avid, APP, Davinci, or FCP).

I've been using Windows 7/8/10 + Sony/MAGIX Vegas Pro for around a decade. If any, things have gotten better in recent years.

My son uses Filmora for his school projects, also on a PC.
