Here's a HiSense TV - the HiSense 43A4GS 43" Smart TV.
I guess this would be your best bet sans availability of any >40" dumb TV.
This is Full HD already and has built-in ISDB tuner for local broadcasts.
SRP is at Php17,500 in most stores but is Php16,800 in Western Marketing.

I bought the same model last October 2021 at Ansons for 16200 cash price. No complaints about it. My wife and I use it on our bedroom.
