Sorry if this is not the correct forum for my question. I am looking for a gift for my wife. I am looking at the Nokia 3650, 3660 and 6220. All I know are these units have the video capability and that the 3660 is more expensive than the 3650 by 3.5K and the 6220 by 4.5K. Anyone here who knows about the specs. Thanks appreciate all your inputs.

Samsung SGH-E700 pa rin. 4x digital zoom and 6 rapid shot mode. Plus, super liit and porma. Sana sakin mapunta yung Type Approval unit dito hehe.

di hamak na mas lamang ang 6600 sa 7650... upgradable memory via MMC, tri-band, may themes, video recorder... it's more of an upgraded 3650 than a 7650

sgh-e700 sir pk, maganda sya pero mas konti un features, no vid cam ata..pero malaki ba memory? not upgradable pa ata...
btw... how much ba budget??
id go for P900/6600 anytime hehehe... pero P900 pa rin
how about VISOR treo? any feedback? maganda ata, i saw this sa globe

January 21st, 2004 04:21 PM #14hindi naman, pero sa akin lang, hindi talaga wise investment ang high tech cellphones like the 6600. P900 medyo oks pa sakin kasi maganda PDA functionality, so medyo justified yung cost.
Di nyo pansin? puro tingi ang upgrade ng nokia? for example.... 9210 sabay maglalabas ng 9210i na kakaunti lang naman dagdag.
At least sa XDAII andun na lahat, so no need to upgrade just to keep up. Kung baga, isang malaking gastos, oks na.
BTTT, personally i dont think the 3660 is worth 3500 bucks over the 3650. If you can live with the keypad, okay na ang 3650.... until the next upgrade comes along....Last edited by pajerokid; January 21st, 2004 at 04:25 PM.

the build quality of the new nokia phones are really dismal. my friend's 3660 creaks everytime i push a button. the keypads are hard to press too. unlike the good 'ol days of the 7110!
plus nokias are way overpriced for their limited features. and the current crop of nokia fones are just way bulky!!! try looking into samsung.

I myself am using a korean clamshell right now, an LG Collins unit. I must say, efficient talaga clamshell design ng koreano not to mention elegant.
sana talaga biyayaan ako ng sun ng E700 hehehe.

January 21st, 2004 06:36 PM #20imho, don't spend too much on cellphones. sa bilis mag depreciate ng value nila (specially nokia), its better if you get quality and slow depreciating units.
as far as i am concerned, samsung phones depreciate so slow. in fact, yung phone ng wife ko dati na R220, i got it for P 8k three years ago, and it still costs around P 5k now.
based on my suggestion above, since wife mo i think is really not into techie gadgets, the wise buy will be the V200 (the Matrix phone). It still costs around P 18k considering it went out 2nd quarter of last year. Kung sa Nokia yan, below 10k na yan.
or if you really don't want samsung phones, go get her the SE Z600. its a modified T610. Yun nga lang clamtype sya and it is a little bit bigger and heavier than the T610.
