    VLC is the easiest way. But, sometimes the picture quality is so so.

    Another method would be Windows Media player with the XP Codec pack. Or Vista codec pack if you have Vista.

    As for Divx...... I switched to the much more lightweight xVid codec and uninstalled Divx.

    ^ Yup, maybe that's one reason. Try downloading Combined Community Codec Pack.

    But I know even without codecs, VLC can play any movie files.

    ^ Yup, used to download CCCP, but ever since i switched to VLC, no problem playing any media file.

    On a related note, san pwede magdownload ng MKV files with lots of selections?

    Usually sa ******* sites nalang. Usually HD rips ang mga MKVs.
