Call barring - Network

As mazdamazda said, you can find it in your phone's menu, under the Security settings (for Nokia models).

It has the option to block voice calls, SMS and asynchronous data services. I'm pretty sure that it works for SMS, because I once tried sending a text message to myself with the barring activated for incoming calls, and failed to receive any.
