    hi, i have trouble finding what is the best netbook to buy and i have only a 20k budget.
    i want a netbook that has good performance and has nice graphics and can play hd videos. also has a dual-core processor.

    You can get a Lenovo G475 for 21k. It's a little over your budget buy it fits all your needs, except that it's not a netbook (which is a plus in my book) as it's a full-sized 14.1" notebook. AMD Zacate E350-powered netbooks (11.2" and below) can be found in the 20-25k range, and offer the best IGP performance of any notebook in the market.
