guys help ok ba itong laptop? tnx :-)
Some things you should know. The Turion X2 isn't as quick as the Core 2 Duos. The nVidia video should be ok for many games. It should be plenty fast for Vista Home Premium.

I just bought a Toshiba laptop with very similar specs (exact same Turion X2) except mine has a weaker video (ATI X1200) chipset but has 2gb ram, 250gb hard drive, and 15.4" widescreen. It runs Vista Home Premium quite satisfactorily. The hard drive on mine is only 4200 rpm. But, it's finer density makes it much quicker than the 40gb 4200rpm hard drive of my old laptop. I was going to replace it with a 5400 rpm drive. But since it's running fast enough with no lag, I'll hold off.

I got mine for $900 and quite happy with it. That Acer should be ok if it's priced lower than an equivalent laptop with a Core 2 Duo.
