...and the eee pc 1000 doesn't seem to be on sale in the US either. baka meron sa hk.

btw, what's this i read on PC Corner's webstite about some "chassis upgrade" for the eee pc 1000? pag bumili daw sa kanila between oct to december, free chassis upgrade daw para makasupport ng dual core atom.

the strange thing is that sa PC corner ko lang nabasa to; there aren't any other sources talking about it.

apparently Amazon is selling the eee pc 1000 -- 40gb ssd and all -- online, though mas mahal siya ng konti compared to the 80gb and 160gb models. but imho the ssd is best suited for me -- i'm the type that tosses stuff when it gets in my way :D


question pala sa mga eee pc 1000 owners: up to how much ram can you allocate to the video card, and what is the max resolution? me 22ín lcd kasi ako sa bahay(1680 x 1050 res)
