brought my 3650 sa semicon for diagnostic testing kasi madalas mangyari sa akin yan. immediate solution (but not advisable for it might aggravate the problem) is to reset the phone. kung nag-crash sya, remove the battery. but sabi ko nga, immediate lang yan.
the first time, sabi sa semicon, i just need to upgrade my software daw. so pina-upgrade ko. but after about 4 months, gano'n na naman problem. the last time kaya dinala ko na uli sa semicon is, ayaw na mag-on. "some files may be corrupted" daw.
teka, bago ang lahat, saan lumalabas yung application close? sa power-up pa lang ba? o while doing something?
kung sa power-on pa lang, nothing you can do, except to initially as what was suggested here... which is to do a reset (or restore factory settings..) pag hindi gumana, you may need to have your unit reformatted or reflashed.
Backup all existing files into a computer or another memory card.
in-upgrade lang nila system software, and yes, i was informed all data in my phone memory will be lost. then, yun mga naka-backup na file sa mmc ko, di ko pwede i-restore, baka daw may file doon na corrupted, masira na naman.
therefore, it's not enough na sa mmc lang naka-backup mga phone nbrs. nothing beats the ever reliable phonebook. sa manual pa rin.
sayang space impact ko, at saka yun mga ringtones and pictures.
